Q3: How long does the manicure last after application?

A3: The retention time depends on nail prep, application skills and daily habits. Proper nail surface treatment and full curing help extend the wearing time.

Q4: Is the product safe for sensitive skin?

A4: Our nail products are formulated with mild raw materials. If you have highly sensitive skin, we suggest performing a patch test on your wrist before formal use. Stop using immediately if irritation occurs.

Q5: What is the shelf life of the nail products?

A5: Unopened shelf life is 3 years. After opening, please use within 6–12 months. Store in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight and high temperature.

Q6: Why does the extension gel lift or peel off easily?

A6: Common reasons include insufficient nail surface buffing, poor oil & dust removal, incomplete curing, or contact with water within hours after construction. Follow the standard nail prep process for better adhesion.

Q7: How to remove the extension gel properly?

A7: We recommend soaking with nail remover. Do not force to pry or peel the gel off, which may cause damage to your natural nail plate.

Q8: Can nail forms / nail molds be reused?

A8: It depends on the product type. Reusable nail molds can be cleaned and reused; disposable nail forms are suggested for single use for hygiene purposes. Please refer to product details.

Q9: Will cuticle oil affect my manicure?

A9: Avoid applying cuticle oil before building or curing gel products. You can use it after finishing the manicure to moisturize dry cuticles.

Q10: What should I do if the gel remains sticky after curing?

A10: Some extension gel has an inherent sticky inhibition layer after curing. You can wipe it with cleanser before the next layer application.
