We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from COZURU! If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
*Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for nail products (such as nail tips, builder gels, etc.) that have been used, glued, filed, or altered in any way.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item): We will gladly cover the return shipping costs! Please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong shape): You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages During Shipping
If your products are unfortunately damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement for you so you can shop worry-free!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, it's very simple! Just follow these steps:

- Subject line: Return Request + [Your Order Number].
- Briefly describe the reason for the return (attach photos if the item is defective or damaged).
We will reply within 24-48 hours with instructions on how and where to send your package.
