What first caught our attention when developing this shape was the side profile. It has a long, fluid curve that extends forward into a sharp, claw-like free edge. The line feels dramatic without looking stiff, giving the finished nail a sleek yet powerful silhouette.

It is different from a standard stiletto. The curved profile gives Dragon Claw nails more dimension, especially when viewed from the side. Even a simple solid-color set can look striking because the shape itself becomes part of the design.

A Thinner Cuticle Edge for a Closer Fit

The cuticle area can make a big difference when working with dual forms.

If the cuticle edge is too thick, the form may not sit closely against the natural nail plate. It can also cause more product to squeeze out around the cuticle and sidewalls when the form is pressed into place.

Our dual forms have a thinner cuticle edge designed for a closer, more natural fit. This makes placement easier to control and helps reduce excess product around the surrounding skin.

After curing and removing the dual form, the transition near the cuticle also looks smoother, so there is less blending and cleanup to do.

Less Filing After the Form Comes Off
